Painting
Application of a three or four coat painting system depending on the age and condition of the roof, which we discuss with the client (as well as providing photos and information for their records) in the inspection report.

- Sealant Penetrol coat mixed with a rust proof primer to treat rusty surfaces to aid in the adhesion of painting and increase longevity of the high quality finish.
- Undercoat to seal the surface
- Topcoat of tough & durable ultra-premium roofing paint
- Once completed we email you before and after photos of your freshly sealed roof.
- You will also receive a tailored copy of Your Passport to Roof Maintenance booklet where we do yearly inspections to make sure your roof is maintained for many years to come.
Optional Extra: We offer Solacoat Heat Reflective Paint, assisting with blocking dangerous ultra-violet solar heat and saving you in electricity costs whilst reducing your carbon footprint.
